How do you get paid?
When we receive the information that you send us in the form below, and you are referring a Seller, we will contact the Seller to discuss the purchase of their house. If we can come to an agreement with the Seller, and we buy the house or otherwise take control of the property, we will send you a check for $500.00! Likewise, if you are referring a Buyer, we will work with them to assist them to find a home and purchase it with one of our SELLER FINANCING PROGRAMS. As soon as the transaction is completed, we will send you a check for $500.00! Additionally, if you are the Buyer and assist us in locating a home you want to buy, we will credit you with $500.00 off your purchase down payment! It's that simple and easy!
